Wiebke Sievers plans to write her habilitation within the framework of the Literature on the Move project at the department for German-Jewish Literature and Cultural History, Exile and Migration of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder.

International Network IMISCOE

Together with Marco Martiniello and Ricard Zapata-Barrero, Wiebke Sievers coordinates the standing committee on Popular Art, Diversity and Cultural Policies in Post-Migration Urban Settings (POPADIVCIT), part of the international IMISCOE network (International Migration, Integration and Social Cohesion).

Handbook literature of migration

Wiebke Sievers is a member of the advisory board of the handbook dealing with literature of migration in the German speaking countries since 1945. The book is edited by Walter Schmitz.

Transdifference in the literature of German speaking migration in Austria-Hungary

Literature on the Move initiated an exchange with Alexandra Millner, coordinator of the project transdifference in the literature of German speaking migration in Austria-Hungary, at a panel organised at the Third Annual Conference Migration and Integratrion in Austria.
